HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN!!
Got up really early for class and were out the door by 7:45. Luckily we had gotten plenty of rest with which we could face the day bravely. When we got to the school we went up to the auditorium where they proceeded to call out our names by class. We saw Catherine and Abby the two new girls from Marshall here for July. They room together like Amanda and I, a part from looking a little tired and nervous they were quite nice.
My classes are very different this semester for a couple of reasons. My professors are both men which means understanding their Spanish is completely different. I still have three classes but instead of alternating each day I have two of Lengua Española Mon-Thurs. and only one Culture class. In the second of my language classes another class combines with ours, doubling the size. The Lengua Espanola professor is Daniel and the other is Ruben, he's from Galicia.
It was (and still is) really hot.
After class we got on the Metro with Abby, Catherine, and Megan sort of checked in with how they were doing and everything. Because we were talking and not paying attention Amanda and I missed our stop in the Metro, having to turn around and almost be late for lunch.
Lots of rest this evening.
